End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and mcStudioX for the use of our Rapid Edit App (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions/Requirements
The User shall not:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, or lend the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

The User shall:
Make a backup of their Store Products before they use the Software. Since the Software updates their online Store Products in real-time a data backup is required before each use and is the responsibility of the user.

4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will also terminate if the User fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of all jurisdictions.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
